Maria Esther Leal Garcia, better known as Coach Tey Leal, is an international keynote speaker who was born in Saltillo, COAH, MX. Strategist in Human Relations with a specialty in leadership.
Tey Leal started her career as an architect, but later on in her life decided to start certifications as an executive, life, NLP, and team building experience coach; she also decided to become a certified Hypnotherapist, and recently became a Golden Member of the "International Coaching Federation." She also obtained her diplomat degree in Human Development after studying at the Iberoamerican University.
She is currently the Executive Director of the IDEX Institute. For more than 15 years, Tey as provided conferences, consultancies, workshops and courses, both online and in person, for groups of individuals and companies which helps them develop their potential to the fullest.
She as given various conferences around the world for the Program of Effective Communication and Strategic Agreements of the United Nations, the Mexican Coaching Association, COPARMEX Coahuila Region Sureste, DIF Ramos Arizpe, and various Non-Governmental Organizations.
She is now the vice President of Mind Engineering Mexico
