Course Description

There’s been progress since the medical core prescribed the vibrator to treat female hysteria, yet the taboo, the shame, the guilt has not healed or made much of a leap. A conversation about normalizing, honoring and healing the root and sacral chakra that’s part of every woman. A brief look at how we navigate our hormones throughout our cycle which can lead to impulses, thoughts, ideas, actions.
